Overall, day time video quality is clear and i am capable of examine the license plates in front of me easily. Night time video quality is average, in general it is worth for the price. I have to say it was $40 well spent, it works just as advertised, records in 1080P, it has a shock sensor, and different options to customize how you want it to act.

I Used this dash camera for approximately 2 weeks and my reviews are;:

  • Elective loop recording, voice recording can be became off, LCD display can be turned off
  • Easy to install with unique set up video
  • Parking monitor. it works for parking monitoring and motion detection, any bumped or vibration will activates the camera in parking motion.
  • With the default setting the file size is fairly large, approximately 800 MB for 6 minutes video clip. You can also set the lower resolution to have smaller file size.
  • The quality of video is quite good for the price of this dash cam.
  • The dash cam turn on and record automatically after starting vehicle and turn off aprox 1 min after turn off power

Cons:

  • Night recording is OK (not expected more in this price range)
  • Only chargered by car cigarette lighter and the USB cable was used to transfer files (there is usb cable to transfer video files from dash cam to the computer).
  • Someone mentioned about the sd card slot too deep, I had similar experience, so I usually use a credit card or anything thin and hard to help press it out.
